We have been advised that the Humboldt Wing will be undergoing renovations during our conference. This will have limited to no impact on services during HAC. Guests may also benefit from the ALL (Accor Live Limitless) program.

Conference rates for HAC will start at $299/night, single or double occupancy plus taxes and fees.

Should you require more than 7 guestrooms per night or more the 21 room nights, please contact darlene@h-a-c.ca to confirm a sub block at your selected hotel.
Reservation cut off date is October 13, 2026 for individual reservations at the group rate. Blocks are limited in each hotel and may sell out in advance of the cut-off date.
